Where is your organisation’s knowledge base?

•	Where’s the mission statement?
•	What is the GDPR policy?
•	How does the employee onboarding process work?
•	What’s the back up process?
•	More importantly, how do you restore from back up?
•	Where’s the dispute management policy?
•	What’s the process for crisis management?

What exactly is your business trying to do?
Mainly in English, and just sometimes in Japanese or in French, you can find Scott on stage happily delivering a talk to some audience. He even once spoke half decent Dutch for a couple of minutes, when delivering part of his presentation to International Business Professionals in Amsterdam.

"Vakmanschap is Mee . . ."

Cheekily, Scott claims to have been born with a missing gene. The gene that makes you afraid to stand up and speak in public! Without hesitation, he can be called upon at a moment’s notice to deliver something profound or entertaining, or both! After one speech many years ago, Uncle Hefyn said to him, “Scott, you speak Welsh just like Prince Charles, and nobody can understand a bloody word he says either!”

Honed on the Chamber of Commerce circuit, Scott has delivered speeches in London and Kent, in Switzerland, in Belgium and in The Netherlands. The nature of the engagement dictates whether a fee is due or whether he speaks pro bono. Smaller business groups sometimes get a talk for free, whereas the Institute of Directors does not.

A former President of a toastmasters’ club, Scott has helped others to learn the craft of public speaking. His experience has also led to appearances on some radio stations. Scott was delighted to meet David Attenborough when they were both in a studio at Radio 4 on the same day, for separate recordings.

You can contact Scott via his publisher, and he may be able to speak at your event. Habitually, he will help state schools in Greater London at no charge, and he is a willing participant in literary festivals. It is anticipated that commercial concerns would pay commercial rates, and that travelling outside London would merit reimbursement for costs.
